Meadowmont
The Meadowmont HOA is one of the largest subdivisions located in Arnold. Comprised of 1473 residential lots, Meadowmont is situated on both sides of Highway 4. There are many homes and lots to choose from in this development, ranging from A-frame, modest cabins to large homes with sweeping views. Bordered by the Stanislaus Forrest, there is easy access to the Arnold Rim Trail for your hiking pleasure. The Top of the World/Penny Pines Trail Head is one of the more popular areas to hike, and another trail head is located off Fairway Drive.
Meadowmont is close to Big Trees Market, the Arnold Bistro which has Taco Tuesdays and a summer concert series. While there are no recreation facilities in Meadowmont, the dues are only $24 a year which keeps it economical for those with a broader view of recreation. A common local spots are White Pines Lake, Lake Alpine, Utica, and Union which are all open to the public.
